There come certain events, certain times in One's Life, where you feel caught up in the tide. You ebb and flow, along with all the other waves, thinking that's all there is.

But you have a Choice. There is always a choice, in every situation. You can choose to go along with that collective motion, taking it on as your own, or you can choose to do something different. You could choose to start a new ripple, which becomes a small new wave, which will inevitably grow until other waves have joined in with yours, in a beautiful synchronistic dance.

Sure, you can ebb and flow along someone else's vibrational wave. Or, you can choose to be your own ocean, set your own pace, and begin a new flow for yourself. You never know who might be longing to lap new shores right along with you.

The most important step you can take toward a Life LIVED, heart full, is being your true, authentic self. Perhaps you are thinking, "I am being myself," but are you really?

Do you hold your tongue when you feel compelled to speak? You are not being authentic. Do you let society dictate what "version" of yourself is proper? You are not being authentic. Do you blame others for even one shred of your unhappiness? You are not being authentic. 

Be who you ARE. That is, after all, precisely why you are here.

I know this is easier said than done, which is why I do what I do. By creating a safe space to express yourself, I facilitate a renewed connection to your authentic energy.
